Jiuzhou Tong completes node upgrades to its Europe and Middle East warehouse network, further enhancing distribution capabilities.
The Hamburg bonded warehouse and Jebel Ali facility in Dubai have completed zone expansion and system upgrades, boosting efficiency for EU inland distribution and Middle East transshipment operations.
This upgrade covers two key nodes: Hamburg Bonded Warehouse and Jebel Ali Warehouse in Dubai. The Hamburg warehouse has added an EU inland distribution zone to support VAT deferral operations, allowing customers to use a single inventory pool for orders across multiple EU countries. The Dubai warehouse has expanded its large-item and pallet handling zones to meet transshipment and distribution needs for the Middle East and African markets.
At the system level, both warehouses are integrated into a unified WMS workflow. Real-time data from inbound, put-away, picking, and outbound processes is synced to a visualization platform. Customers can instantly view inventory locations and shipment status after placing an order, eliminating the need to contact multiple warehouses for confirmation.
For operational standards, the overseas warehouse team has standardized receiving inspection and exception handling processes: inbound shipments are sampled by batch, with damage and quantity discrepancies reported to customers within 24 hours along with recommended actions to minimize future reconciliation disputes.
Next, we will assess expansion needs for Southeast Asia and Latin America nodes and adjust our distributed warehousing strategy to align with customer inventory planning. Submit your requirements via the contact form on our website, and our business team will provide tailored recommendations.
